On September 23 at 7:00 PM, Shvili & Osteria Mario will host a special gastronomic evening.
For the first time, two brand chefs — Lika Mardaleyishvili (Shvili) and Alexander Morin (Osteria Mario) — will come together in one kitchen to unite two vibrant culinary traditions: Georgia and Italy.
Especially for this evening, the chefs have created a 7-course signature menu, where familiar flavors from both cuisines are reimagined through a fresh and creative perspective. The dinner will be complemented by a curated wine pairing by Sun Vito.
